This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Lumen Link LLC (Lumen Link).

30-day returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page or email lumenlinkjewelry@pm.me with your order number. We will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Personalised items

Personalised and engraved pieces are made to order and can only be returned if faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us promptly. We will repair, replace or refund it under our quality guarantee.
